- Who is going to keep a vigilant eye on cost over-runs on the Muskrat Falls Project?

This article states that "Former premier Danny Williams is being sued by a contractor for a million dollars over unpaid work done on a new house. And the article states that Williams says he terminated the contractor's services because of lengthy delays and cost overruns." It is wonderful to see an individual being able to look after their own affairs to make sure that they are not over-charged because of "cost-overruns and "lengthy delays", but who is going to guard against any "cost-overruns" " that we are promised will occur on the Muskrat Falls Contract that Mr.Williams initiated, and the hydro-consumers of Newfoundland and Labrador will be on the hook for paying? I hope Mr. Williams will be keeping a close an eye on the Muskrat Falls Contract contract as well, and so must every other Newfoundlander and Labradorian be vigilant, to the best of their knowledge, in order to keep the costs in check.
