RNC is requesting the public’s assistance in hit and run investigation

The RNC is seeking the assistance of the public in relation to a motor vehicle collision hit and run in Mount Pearl in late April.

Sometime between Friday, April, 26 and Monday, April 29, a blue-coloured vehicle made contact with the front of the Motor Registration Building in Mount Pearl. The vehicle went over the curb and made impact with the brick wall at the front of the building towards the south side.

There is considerable damage to the brick under the window. This incident is still under investigation.

RNC accident investigators are continuing their investigation and are asking anyone who may have witnessed the incident to contact the RNC at 729-8000 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477). You can provide information anonymously on the NL Crime Stoppers website at www.nlcrimestoppers.com.
