RNC release video in armed robbery investigation, seek public help

The RNC is requesting the public’s help in identifying the person on a surveillance video responsible for an armed robbery at Ultramar on Freshwater Road in St. John’s March 20.

About 12:30 a.m. March 20, RNC officers from patrol services, K9 Unit and forensic identification section responded to an armed robbery at the Ultramar station.

The male suspect, armed with a knife, entered the store and demanded cash before fleeing the scene on foot. There were no injuries sustained during the commission of the offence.

The male suspect is described as approximately 5’8” to 5’9” and approximately 160 pounds.

At the time of the incident he was wearing a grey hoodie and brown jacket.

    And when this guy is caught and brought up before our so called justice system, he will be cited for bad behaviour and released......what a waste of time. Go home to Mommy and don't do this again. What a joke. Revolving door at it's best! Time to crack down on these dregs of society and send a message. Law abiding citizens are not safe in this town anymore.
