The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary is asking for the public’s help to locate a St. John’s man who has been missing since Saturday.
According to a news release issued Sunday, Jim Kelly, 64, was last spotted the evening before in the area of LeMarchant Road and Freshwater Road. A missing person report was filed with police on Saturday.
The RNC said Kelly’s exact whereabouts were unknown as of Sunday and that it was concerned for his safety and wellbeing.
The man is described as having one green eye and one blue eye with a fair complexion and short dark and grey hair. He is between 5’4” and 5’6” and weighs anywhere from 140 to 160 pounds.
Kelly sports wire-rimmed glasses and was wearing a green wind-breaker, blue jeans and a black baseball hat at the time of his disappearance.
