Yes there are issues --- with him and the system. Gee just look at his past record and nothing done about it. As far as the police --THEY DID THEIR JOB. So I'm sorry they invited you out peacefully and you refused. You get what you get!!

It does state in the above that Justin went for a psyciatric assessment and he could be going through some issues that you people aren't aware of how ever i don't think police mistreated him , i think he just was angry at the fact he got caught and i think he needs to be thrown in jail for awhile and get some serious help when he gets out or help when he's in there so he can try to become a better person i think Justin's friends shouldn't have kicked up a stink in the court room because of him getting caught it's understandable his friends don't want to see him locked up but Justin did this to himself.. how ever at the end of this he should learn not to do this ever again, justin also needs to realize , that he is only 21 he has his whole life ahead of him, and he should really seek the mental help, to get himself better for him , and so that he doesn't end up getting locked up , Justin's friends shouldn't be charged for the court room incident they were all just really upset they want justin out of jail but justin needs to do his time and get the help , and then when he does get out i hope he will be a better person and learn from this.. & yes i agree jean, if they were going to kill him they wouldn't have failed.

all you guys calling him a moron, what makes you so much better then him, isn't that bullying, something you should take into consideration, if you went to a hotel where you know a pile of rich people were eating and you had no food, would you go there and ask for food if it was your last resource, yes you would, and if they denied you food over and over eventually you would get madder and madder, until one day you'd go there and you would say give me some food. and if they didn't you would take it! all you people who just discriminated him and agreed not to done something illegal just to put in your two cents, maybe if you took a walk in this mans shoes you wouldn't be running your mouths!

so your saying he's armed robbing places cause he's hard up? were you aware of places called food banks, churches and salvation army? not only that... there's jobs in st. johns, ANNND hard up people don't wear brand new $70 shirts from the ecko store in the Avalon mall.! Case and point... some people would just rather do bad shit to get ahead then actually be productive. Sorry! Life is about choices .. you can either make smart ones or stupid ones.. i've walked in shoes of someone who's "hard-up" and I never robbed a soul... I did what I had to do to smarten up and get my shit together.. and people who make excuses for people doing stupid things are only showing them its okay to do it again... but if he's really just so hard up and not a dangerous offender you go right ahead and give him your address and leave your door unlocked!

Loser? No he isn't a loser if people could read clearly they would see that is says he went for an assessment clearly there Is something going wrong .. You wouldn't know if he killed someone clearly he didn't because I don't see anything about murder there's obviously a lot going on in this guys head, unless you actually met him yourself.. And you actually know him don't be so quick to judge

Hey Brittany, HE IS AN ISSUE. I for one could care less what he is going through. Lock him and the rest like him up before he hurts or kills somebody I love. Then he would have an issue I will assure you of that. Why bother having judges if they will not sentence these face and neck tattoo little punks to big boy prison. Way to go RNC for doing a great job as usual, unfortunately it's usually all for not when they get in court. How judges expect police to stay the course and motivated when judges take them out for ice cream as punishment. Pathetic system !!!

These incidents in Provincial Court have immediately become more frequent since there is a noticeable lack of Sheriffs Officer presence due to Lay Offs. There was another Outburst Friday past, that had people running for cover Too!.

And I have no doubt at all that he was "released" to appear later and of course he was told to be good! And just like the rest of us "we are all products of the system"! I am quite sick and tired of excuses being made for these kinds of people. They try all they can to go for a free ride and have to learn the hard way that NOTHING comes free!

I once knew this young lad as a student in the lower grades,it is indeed sad what has become of him.I can state emphatically though he is a product of the system, never had a chance from very early in life.

Honey, learn how to use the proper "through" versus "threw". Through - he went through the gate. Threw - he threw the ball. A basis understanding of this and knowing how to use the proper one and spelling it correctly will help you look better when you make a comment about psychiatric assessment. Just saying...

Brittany... It's THROUGH not THREW Threw: past tense of throw (Verb) Verb Propel (something) with force through the air by a movement of the arm and hand. Push or force (someone or something) violently and suddenly into a particular physical position or state. Through Preposition Moving in one side and out of the other side of (an opening, channel, or location): "stepping through the doorway". Adjective (of a means of public transportation or a ticket) Continuing or valid to the final destination: "a through train from Boston". Synonyms preposition. by - thru - over - for - via - per - in - on - out of adjective. thru - direct - nonstop - straight

I sympathize with anyone suffering from a mental illness...but when it gets to the point that they are harming or threatening others, they have to be dealt with like any other healthy minded citizen. Society cannot let people off with harming others because they cannot manage their own illness.

Love the taste of that sarcasm Calvin. No doubt he was mistreated! How else would you want the police to respond to someone held up in the house with a sawed off shotgun? Knock on the door and give him a custard cone? As you state....he is lucky he didnt come out of it with a bruise or two. To use a word that Bill Rowe uses.....another "lout" burdening taxpayers!

Haha, well said Jean. He doesn't look like he was mistreated by police, no bruises on his face, no casts on his limbs, but he does look like a very respectable member of society so what he is saying MUST be true..... I hope everyone can taste the sarcasm there.
