If you want to know why there are so many delays, look at the plaintiffs' lawyers. Just think of all the cash the plaintiffs' lawyers are making from this case. The longer they drag it out, the more they make. Lawyers can easily give their clients unreasonable expectations or go for vain claims and actions in order to drag things out for more cash.

There is no amount of money can fix this,,,I am sure the money will help them get on with their lives,,, in see way....but the best think to happen would be to disassemble the Catholic Church.... Just make it disappear,,,, starting with the Pope,,,, The cover ups,,, the abuse all of it ,,,,,,,,it's sickening,,,how much more is society suppose to tolerate,,,,,,,,,abolish churches all together. Finish with it all.

Yes, these survivors are very courageous for taking action to expose the truth. This is so tragic that so many children have been abused by the Christian Brothers, who were to care for them, not harm them. Child sex abuse is a life sentence to the victims, these abusers and those who covered up their crimes should spend some time behind bars. Hopefully these victims will feel at least a bit of justice for their pain, They are in our hearts, and we hope they know that they are not alone. So let's hope that anyone who may have knowledge or may have been harmed by any of the Christian Brothers, will find the courage and strength to speak up and contact police, no matter how long ago it happened. Silence is not an options anymore, it only hurts, and by speaking up there is a chance for healing, exposing the truth, and therefore protecting others.
