According to news reports, the accused has a lengthy record of over 70 previous convictions on a wide-range of crimes and offenses. Another perfect example of how sentencing circles and probation DO NOT WORK. Accountability, incarceration & hard labour used to work. If we had an effective judicial system in this province, lives can be saved.
