The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary responded to 212 calls for service in 24 hours up to 4 a.m. this morning.

Among them, a man was arrested Monday in Mount Pearl for uttering threats to do damage to property. The suspect was detained for a court appearance.

Around 7:30 p.m. Monday, police officers responded to a report of several people involved in a disturbance on Livingstone Street in St. John's. The forensic identification section was called to the scene. The RNC says this incident is still under active investigation.

Around 10:30 p.m., while conducting followup inquiries into the Livingstone Street incident, RNC charged a 32-year-old man in the area with breach of court orders.

About 9 p.m. Monday, officers responded to a report of a theft in the centre of St. John's. The RNC says a 33-year-old woman was identified as being responsible for the theft, but since the suspect is evading arrest, a warrant for her arrest has been requested. The suspect is expected to face charges of theft and breach of court orders.

Street patrol officers also arrested a 15-year-old female Monday night for damage to property in the centre of St. John's. She's expected to appear in court at a later date.
