Three men in their 20s are in custody after a RCMP officer on the west coast had his vehicles spray painted while parked in his driveway.

Damages to the vehicles exceeded $5,000.

Michael Edward Flynn, 22, of Pasadena; Paul David Flynn, 25, of Pasadena; and Mark Jeffrey Thompson, 20, of Corner Brook are facing several charges. They were arrested Wednesday.

Michael Edward Flynn is charged with conspiracy to commit a criminal offence, mischief to property exceeding $5,000, intimidation of a justice official, and aiding/abetting someone in committing a criminal offence.

Paul David Flynn is charged with intimidation of a justice official, and accessory after the fact.

Mark Jeffrey Thompson is charged with conspiracy to commit a criminal offence, mischief to property exceeding $5,000, and intimidation of a justice official.

The Deer Lake RCMP detachment assisted by the Major Crimes Unit and Corner Brook detachment arrested the three suspects.

All three subjects appeared in provincial court in Corner Brook Wednesday and were remanded in custody and to be back in court today.
