Two men and a male youth were arrested over the weekend in Deer Lake for allegedly failing to comply with court conditions they were previously ordered to follow.
Deer Lake RCMP report that a 27-year-old male was arrested early last week for allegedly breaking into multiple vehicles in the community. Police report the accused is facing 37 charges.
After he was released from custody on Friday, officers conducted a curfew check that evening and found the man was not home. He was arrested Saturday and is scheduled to appear in court on Monday for a bail hearing. Police said he will face additional charges.
A 22-year-old male was also arrested in Deer Lake Saturday for allegedly failing to comply with court order. RCMP said he will also appear in court Monday for a bail hearing. The accused will face three charges for failing to comply with court orders.
Police also arrested a male youth Saturday. The RCMP said he will be charged with break and enter, trespass by night, possession of an illegal substance, possession of a weapon, and breach of court orders. He is scheduled to appear in Corner Brook provincial court this week.
