The preliminary inquiry for Lynn Ann Noseworthy got underway this morning in provincial court in St. John's.
Noseworthy, 36, faces almost two dozen charges alleging she committed almost a dozen robberies over a three-day period in late October and early November of last year.
The inquiry — which determines whether there's enough evidence to proceed to trial — is expected to last four days.
Judge Pamela Goulding is on the bench. Dana Sullivan is the Crown prosecutor and Scott Hurley is representing Noseworthy.
