The RNC has released a video of an armed robbery earlier this month in St. John’s and is asking the public to help identify the suspects.
The armed robbery took place at the Ultramar Service Station on the corner of Elizabeth Avenue and Torbay Road about 11:30 p.m. Aug. 12.

Two male suspects entered the store — one armed with a knife — and demanded cash, cigarettes and lottery tickets before fleeing the scene with an undisclosed amount.
There were no injuries during the incident which remains under investigation.
The first male suspect is described as approximately 5’7”- 5’8” tall, 140- 160 lbs with a tanned complexion, dark hair and slim build. At the time of the incident he was described as wearing a bandana concealing his face, grey hoodie and was brandishing a knife.
The second male is described as approximately 5’6”- 5’8”, 140-160 lbs with a slim build. At the time of the offence the suspect was wearing a black hoodie, bandana concealing his face and carrying a red duffle bag.
