Two pedestrians hit by vehicle in Corner Brook

The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC) in Corner Brook is continuing to investigate a vehicle-pedestrian collision on Valley Mall parking lot Saturday.

According to the RNC, around 12:30 p.m., RNC patrol officers and paramedics from Western Health and Reliable Ambulance, responded to the scene. Two female pedestrians were transported to Western Memorial Regional Hospital by ambulance for what’s believed to be non-life threatening injuries.

Police are continuing to investigate the incident and anyone who may have witnessed this collision is asked to contact the RNC at 637-4100 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
