A break and enter into a cabin west of Happy Valley-Goose Bay on the Trans Labrador Highway caused damage to the cabin and storage sheds, the RCMP says.
The break-in took place sometime between Sunday and Monday.
The RCMP news release didn’t state what, if anything, was taken, but the doors to all the buildings were damaged.
The RCMP reminds cabin owners to periodically check their cabins or ask a neighbouring cabin owner to assist them with checking their property.
Any suspicious activity or persons should be reported to police.
