What a waste of police resources and public money. Nobody who is smoking hash or weed is going to break into your house or rob a gas station to support their habit! It's hard drugs like coke, heroin and prescription drugs that are causing all the crime around here. Unless someone walks into the police station and lays a pound of weed on the counter, cops should forget about those drugs and focus on the people who are involved in the hard stuff that is really impacting society here in NL!
