As part of International Day of Persons with Disabilities the Canadian National Institute for the Blind (CNIB) in St. John's is creating awareness through one of its success stories.
Tyler Butler is an 18-year old client who is not letting his disability hold him back.
He will talk to The Telegram later today about his life.
Debbie Ryan, vision health promotion and communications co-ordiantor for CNIB, said its a day to create awareness about the abilities of people who are partially sighted or blind.
It's also an oppotunity to create awareness for communities to ensure they play a role in making our communities inclusive.
