Snow expected to mix with rain this afternoon

Roads are slippery and snow-covered in the St. John’s area this morning.
Environment Canada says about five centimetres are expected today, with snow mixing with rain late this afternoon.

The snow mixed with rain is expected to end this evening, then cloudy. The temperature is expected to rise to plus 3 this evening then falling.
For Wednesday, Environment Canada is forecasting a mix of sun and cloud.
