Man charged with multiple break and enters in St. John’s

A 29-year-old man has been charged with multiple break and enters in St. John’s, the RNC says.
The arrest was made about noon today.


The RNC’s General Investigation Unit located the accused in a residence on Albany Place in St. John’s.

The RNC Crime Analysis Unit identified a pattern of break and enters and, based on these

findings, an investigation began which led to today’s arrest.

Charges include break and enter, possession of break and enter tools, and breach of a court order.

Through further investigation, investigators within the RNC General Investigation Unit

have laid additional charges of break and enter and breaches of court order against the accused.

The charges against the accused are in relation to residential break and enter complaints from Warbury Street and Leslie Street.

The accused has been held in custody to appear in provincial court Wednesday.
