Real estate agent, Jim Burton, will be making an announcement regarding his intentions for the federal riding of St. John’s South-Mount Pearl Wednesday afternoon.
Burton sent out a news release on Tuesday. He will make his intentions known Wednesday at 12:30 pm at the Marriott Fairfield Inn and Suites on Kenmount Road.
Burton is an award winning real estate agent who has been in the business for 27 years. He's also a commercial pilot who owns and operates North Eastern Sky Services Limited, as well as a collection of fishing lodges. He worked with the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador as a water bomber and air ambulance pilot, as well as a pilot with Labrador Airways.
The seat of St. John's South-Mount pearl is currently held by MP Ryan Cleary.
