The police can not give out Thousands of dollars worth of tickets to a person and not know them ! They know them on a First name Basic and only laugh when they see them, They already got Thousands of $ in tickets ! why ticket them again? The Courts are making Fools out of the Police, when the police see those people they only shake their head and laugh ! Why pull them in and give them another ticket! They got Better things to do!
