RNC seek help identifying suspect in armed robbery video

The RNC is seeking the help of the general public to identify the person responsible for an armed robbery that occurred at Jackman and Greene on Cookstown Road in St. John’s on the evening of Nov. 13.

About 11:45 p.m. that night, RNC officers responded to a report at the business that a male suspect armed with a knife entered the store and demanded cash before fleeing the scene with an undisclosed amount of money.

There were no injuries during the incident.

The male suspect is described as approximately 6’0” tall, 160-180 pounds. He was described as wearing a red sweater-shirt, jeans and had his face concealed.

Anyone who has information that would assist in identifying the person responsible or anyone who may have any information in relation to this crime is asked to contact the RNC at 729-8000 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
