This morning, around 1:30 a.m., police officers responded to a report of people checking vehicles in the area of Coronation Street. Upon arrival, officers located and arrested three males and a female in relation to thefts from vehicles in the area. A quantity of stolen items was recovered and the RNC is seeking the public’s assistance in an effort to return this property to its owners.

As a result of the investigation, a 17-year-old male resident of Corner Brook was held in custody at the RCMP cells in Deer Lake and charged with failing to comply with the conditions of a court order. He will appear in provincial court later today.

The RNC says further charges are anticipated.
