RNC seek public’s help to solve break and enter

The RNC is requesting the public’s assistance regarding a recent break and enter at DOF Subsea Canada Corp located on Allston Street in Mount Pearl sometime between Sunday, March 30 and Thursday April 3.


The RNC says someone broke into a locked storage unit located at the rear of the business, inside a gated and locked yard.

Items stolen from the facility include two deep sea water camera lens, a Makita angle grinder and a fiber optic test kit.

Investigators are asking anyone with information in relation to this break, enter and theft to contact the RNC at 729-8000 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477). You can provide information anonymously on the NL Crime Stoppers website at www.nlcrimestoppers.com. The RNC also notes that anyone in possession of stolen property can be charged criminally under the Criminal Code of Canada.
