The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary has arrested a 40-year-old St. John’s man who is now facing charges in relation to a recent break-and-enter incident.
According to a news release issued Tuesday, the accused’s arrest is linked to an April 10 break and enter at a house that was under construction. For that, the accused is charged with break and enter with intent.
He is also charged with break and enter and theft for an incident that took place March 19. The man was held for a court appearance.
