The RCMP in New Wes Valley is warning people in Bonavista North that there has been a polar bear sighting in the Greenspond area.

These polar bears – estimated to be between two and three years old, approximately 250 pounds each – quickly became stars in St. Lunaire-Griquet, when the two siblings passed through the town last year.

"Due to the pack ice being just off our shores, it is quite possible that there are bears wandering in the area. Please be aware of your surroundings," a news release from the RCMP states.

There are probably more DANGEROUS PEOPLE wandering around the area than POLAR BEARS.

Quick better get a conservation officer out there to kill it. We know how wildlife is treated in NL, if it moves or looks different shoot it.
