Charges are pending against two men in their 20s as a result of drug seizure in the Torbay Road/Major's Path area Sunday night.

According to the RNC, officers were conducting a traffic stop in the area when they seized illegal drugs from a vehicle.
The investigating is continuing.
The RNC responded to 136 calls for service in a 24-hour period up to 4 a.m. Monday.
Here's an account of some of the other incidents in the RNC's overnight report:
• The RNC is asking anyone who may have had their vehicle entered overnight in the Airports Heights area of St. John's to contact police at 729-8000. Around 4 a.m. Monday morning, a 25-year-old man was arrested in the Airport Heights area for possession of stolen goods. He was held in custody until a court appearance;
• The RNC charged two drivers with impaired driving Sunday. Around 2:20 p.m., police responded to a collision in Seal Cove. a 59-year-old man was charged with impaired driving causing injury and having a blood alcohol level above the legal limit.
Around 5:10 p.m., police officers conducted a traffic safety stop in Conception Bay South, where a 48-year-old man was charged with impaired driving and having a blood alcohol level above the legal limit;
• A 26-year-old driver was charged with offences under the Highway Traffic Act around 2 p.m. Sunday, including not having insurance and owing $13,000 in fines, following a traffic stop in the Empire Avenue area of St. John's. He was held in custody for a court appearance and his vehicle impounded.
• At 12:10 p.m. Sunday, a 53-year-old woman was charged with theft from a business on Blackmarsh Road in St. John's.
