SUMMERFORD — The Twillingate detachment of the RCMP have confirmed that a vehicle was found near the community of Summerford.

SUMMERFORD — The Twillingate detachment of the RCMP have confirmed that a vehicle was found near the community of Summerford.

Corporal Joe Young said, “The update we can provide is that a vehicle was found submerged just off the road in Summerford.”

The investigation is ongoing and the Pilot will provide details as they become available.

On Sunday night, May 25 at around 10:30 p.m. Natasha Winsor, left Durrell to head back to her home in Embree, NL and never arrived at her destination.  She was operating a 2005 Grey Chevy Equinox.  Natasha Winsor is described as 5'6" - 5'7" and between 160-170 lbs.  She has blue eyes and light brown shoulder length hair and was wearing blue jeans with a jean jacket, striped t-shirt and yellow sandals. 

 If anybody has any information on the whereabouts of Natasha Winsor they are asked to contact the Twillingate RCMP detachment at 709-884-2811.
