A two vehicle collision Saturday afternoon sent four people to hospital.
The accident took place just after 2 p.m. at the intersection of Kenmount Road and Wyatt Boulevard next to Regatta Ford.
Two male occupants of a Mitsubishi Lancer were transported to hospital as well as an adult female and young girl driving a Volkswagon City.
All four were fully immobilized and taken to hospital just as a precautionary measure.
The young girl was given a SJRFD comforting buddy bear teddy bear by firefighter/paramedic Sheldon Green of the Mount Pearl rescue unit.
A number of RNC vehicles were also on the scene to divert traffic and assist in traffic control.
