A woman currently under house arrest was taken into police custody late Friday night for allegedly breaching conditions of her sentence.

The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary was first called to a home in the west end of St. John’s at 11:30 p.m. to investigate suspicious activity outside a home.
Police arrested a 36-year-old woman. In addition to breaching her conditional sentence orders, she is also accused of breaching other court orders.
She was held in custody overnight and is scheduled to appear in court Saturday.
