I'm getting sick and tired everywhere I turn around of hearing about the horrible abuse of animals like this. There is no excuse a person to do this to a puppy. There needs to better laws with teeth. I hope the court throws this person in jail to set an example so that anyone else with any twisted ideas of hurting an innocent animal will think again.
