RNC seeks witnesses to vehicle collision

The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary is continuing an investigation into a vehicle collision at the intersection of St. Andrews Avenue and Second Street in Mount  Pearl.

Police are also seeking witnesses to assist in the investigation.

On Sunday, July 27, around 2:30 p.m., a 2012 orange Chevrolet Cruz collided with a 2009 blue Nissan Sentra at this intersection.

The RNC says the driver of the Cruz failed to stop, render assistance and provide the driver of the Nissan with required information under the Highway Traffic Act.

Both vehicles received minor damage and there were no reported injuries.
