The two incidents happened several months apart. The 30-year-old allegedly broke into the legion building in Wabush on Nov. 17, 2012 and then the legion building in Labrador City on June 6, 2013. He is facing two charges of break and enter plus one charge of mischief relating to the Labrador City case.

Forensic evidence obtained from both scenes contributed to the charges being laid, according to the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary.

Police released the accused, who will appear in a Wabush courtroom at a later date.
