The weather here yesterday was horrible, still a car know when they hit something large so there is no reason they can't stop.Drivers need also to slow down and be careful, but most important walkers, joggers need to wear reflective clothing at night, sometimes it's hard for us to stop suddenly to give you a break to cross the road, wouldn't you want to be safe and unharmed then to take the stand that I have the right of way.Drive safe and cross the road when it's safe.
