With so many subdivisions, hotels and commercial developments of all kinds proposed or in the works in St. John's, The Telegram decided to collect more information on the list of construction projects and ask how development impacts city residents and local business. Here is some of what we found.

Turning the trailway in the West End back into a rail line would be good for transport. We could have a commuter train run Mt Pearl and beyond right into the city centre.
