Labrador man faces sex charges involving a young person

A 33-year-old Happy Valley-Goose Bay man has been charged with two counts of sexual assault, two counts of sexual interference with a person under the age of 16, and four counts of failure to comply with a probation order.
Because the charges involve a minor, a publication ban is in place on any information leading to the identity of the victim.
The man was officially charged in provincial court at Happy Valley-Goose Bay today and will be back in court Monday morning.
