Accidents result in minor injuries

Trinity-Conception RCMP responded to two motor vehicle accidents in the district today.
The first accident occurred approximately 10 a.m. on Neck Road in Victoria when a single vehicle left the roadway and rolled over causing minor injuries to the five occupants.
All five were taken to the Carbonear General Hospital for observation and later released.
The second accident occurred on the Main Road in Makinsons. A single vehicle struck and injured a nine -year -old girl who was riding her bicycle near the roadway. The girl suffered minor injuries and was transported to Carbonear General Hospital and later released.
The investigation into this incident is pending.
