Two Mount Pearl men have been charged with possessing weapons dangerous to the public.
Mitchell Ryan Martin and Jacob McHugh, both 19, are each facing weapons charges.
Martin was allegedly carrying brass knuckles when he was arrested, while McHugh was accused of carrying a knife.
McHugh is also facing a single charge of obstructing a police officer.
Both appeared I provincial court in St. John's Sunday morning and both were released on strict conditions, including that they not possess weapons, before they left the courts together.
Both men will appear in provincial court again on July 27.
