Name released of victim of fatal car crash near Cartwright

Natacha Roussel of Bathurst, N.B., has been identified as the victim of the fatal single-car crash Wednesday morning just outside Cartwright, Labrador.
The accident occurred about 8:40 a.m. local time.
Roussel died at a medical clinic shortly after the accident from severe injuries.
