A 30-year-old man is expected to be charged with impaired driving after RCMP officers responded to a report of erratic driving on Route 10 in Cape Broyle in the early minutes of Saturday morning.
RCMP officers located a pickup that had crashed into a ditch and found the driver a short distance away whom officers determined was intoxicated.
He was taken to the Health Sciences Centre in St. John's for treatment of minor head wounds.
