Overkill,overkill,overkill. last time I looked we had a general election last year. As LANE said, it isn't the protest. It seems to me that here in N&L we have a fair standard of living in a proven democracy. Lots of protests these days, seems that we don't work our university students & profs too hard recently. The MUN rent a crowds have lots of time on their hands.

Mr. Johansen, your bias and willingness to twist facts is evident from your first sentence. Those three men were not arrested for protesting. They were arrested for violating a court injunction and trespassing. Protesting is perfectly legal, and there are safe areas set up near the work site at Muskrat Falls for that purpose. Comparing the atrocities of Soviet-controlled East Germany to anything in modern-day Labrador is simply absurd.
