Close to the same thought but more in line with carfeul what you ask for... I once recommended that a Fire Chief in a Kazakhstan oil field have at least two rescue stretchers on each of his two fire trucks. His first respone was that he didn't have enough men for both trucks. Of course I suggested he ask for more men. Now, be aware that asking the boss a question in Asia is a risky move, especially if it will 'waste' time and money. He replied (thru translator), "there is an old Russian saying, "if you go up the hill like a bull you could come down a unicorn." Careful what you ask for.
