Great Job By Lana... Laying out the facts as she always does, Nobody is saying there is any issue with building prisons or fighter jets to protect men and women the comets as i see them were used as a comparison of what this Government is not doing Like protecting the men women and Famalies who loose their employment due to the downturn in the Economy. Mr. Bungay,s comments appear to me to be an attack on unemployed workers and their famalies, and someone should inform Mr. Bungay anyone unfortunate enough to have to rely on EI are Not Relying on Government as he stated, The EI Fund is Paid for by Workers and their Employers... Not Government... The Harper Government Has Become More Dependant On Than Fund More Than Any Group Of Workers Anywhere Across The Country.

Yet another column attacking the Harper government by Lana Payne. I really don't see what the problem is building new prisons, have you been in some of these aging hell hole's Lana? You also mention that you are against buying new fighter jets, the ones we currently have are old, do you have something against providing the best possible tools for our fighting men and women or do you have a problem with the military? I bet you do. You go on to mention in the bulk of your article about the current programs that are ending for EI. These programs were temporary in nature to allow workers to get on their feet. Keeping these programs will only allow workers to rely on the government to look after them long term.
