This column is a travesty. Even though there is no connection between this crazed individual and Conservatives in the U.S. you insist on creating a link, and even somehow connect it to the killings in Montreal of December 1989 by a Muslim-Canadian male who obviously hated women. In the grown-up world, people who commit crime are responsible for the crime, although I guess I could make the argument that since a bunch of bleeding heart liberals decided mentally ill people should not have to be incarcerated or medicated without there consent there are an awful lot of crazy people walking the streets out there.

If guns are the problem, please explain the FACT that every U.S. State that borders a Canadian Provence according the the latest FBI stats, has a LOWER per capita violent crime rate that the Canadian Provence it borders.? More guns does equal less crime! The only problem with the AZ gunlaw, is the failure to screen out the crazies. The SAME problem that seems to exist in Canada. The Largest mass murder on Canadian soil also took place in Montreal, and it was done with a can of gasoline, and a match. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blue_Bird_Caf%C3%A9_fire
