Ed, You covered all the bases in your column. I saw and heard exactly what you saw and heard. But have you taken notice that Blitzer's delivery is copied by NTV and one announcer in particular at VOCM? Inserting a hesitation in the middle of a sentence or bypassing a comma or period has become the norm.

I feel the same way about the CBC, Globe @ Mail and pretty much all left-wing media who are too politically correct to report any news that doesn't fit their culturally sensitive idealistic view of the world. The BBC in Britain is often referred to as the "Blatantly Bias Corporation." The CBC offers the exact same bias, so I wouldn't exactly cite the CBC as a paragon of unbiasness (if that's a word).
