Pam, this is a pretty childish article. I think it's time to halt this little back-and-forth before we all get treated to an article titled, "I Know You Are, But What Am I?" There is surely some other way you can push your political agenda, some new line of questioning or investigation. Rogers (MHA Rogers?), my rights are perfectly intact. In fact, my rights have been bolstered by our current federal conservatives. I can no longer be wrongfully convicted by the long gun registry and the BCE/Astral merger has been halted, prevented a furthering of the nationwide liberal stranglehold on information and preventing an escalation of the bills I pay. Denise, Muskrat is the best idea any politician in this province has ever had. 98% green energy overall and stable bills and electricity for further resource development in Labrador. What's not to love? Trying to remove these benefits for your own political gain will prove absolutely suicidal (AGAIN) at the polls. People have heard all this anti stuff before. It was false. The Outer Ring did not destroy Newfoundland. It enhanced Newfoundland. Muskrat will be the same, despite the all these "expert" opinions

Little by little the Conservative gov is taking away rights and protections painstakingly put in place by others before them. Good for you to shine a light on the negative effects of this gov decisions.

For a women who seems insistant that we 'be all that we can be' she surely quite content just being amung the best of a bad lot. The approach of the Tories tend to move towards embracing changes and decissions that make life easier for them, even if those decissions are sending our "progressive" provience backwards in time. (Yes, I'm also illuding the Muskrat Falls as another example.)

Well said Pam. It seems freedoms are taken for granted. Not all freedoms are gained or retained by the barrel of a gun,and often by the power of the pen, by the few like you who are unwilling to let the past gains slip away by the actions of wily politicans, of whatever stripe. Least we forget, Felix left his mark, with the full blessing of the Premier. Let them be remembered for their attack on democratic principles and freedoms.
