Nfld Power is currently before the PUB seeking approval to upgrade and get some extra power from thier own hydro facilities. It's efficiency improvements. Is this now illegal? Some costs less than 5 cents per kwh, some more than that.

You know those news stories that come around every once in awhile about how some band council has been accused of stealing millions of dollars while the memebers of their band all live in abject poverty? The first reaction by everyone is always "How in the world could all those people allow this to go on for so long? Didn't they notice sometihng was very wrong?" Well, we're living it here ourselves folks...what's our excuse?

It was redundant changes anyway. Kathy told us it's the least cost option so it's impossible for someone else to produce power cheaper

You obviously have a perverse version of history. I suggest you get educated.
