Right people in the right place

Prevention is better then cure.

We have hospitals, good doctors and great nurses.

After hearing some horror stories I will make a simple correction to these problems.

To use this example. A service call to a customer who complained and was very upset because motors on his furnace kept burning out.

With my knowledge, I removed the wall register and the hole was cut out on the wall.

But the hole in the floor was not cut out.

The furnace was choked which keeps the motor running at all times instead of going on and off.

To use this example for hospitals, if you go to an emergency ward we have to wait for hours to see these wonderful doctors, only to find one doctor on call, sometimes two for the whole hospital.

Like the furnace motor, these emergency wards are choked and that will leave our well trained nurses waiting.

Lets place some of these excellent doctors in the right place, to prevent some of these horror stories.

Walt, after reading your suggestion of putting the right people in the right place, I fear going to bed tonight lest I have a nightmere and have to go to hospital...because I'm not sure, anymore, if the medical staff will know what the hell they are doing. In a couple of lines Walt, you were able to turn simplicity into convolution! That said, I respect your good intention.
