I agree with you 100%, I have a subscription to the Globe and Mail and the thoughts of having to go online now to read the paper, well I just couldn't be bothered. The publishers and owners of the Globe and shown a complete disrespect to the people of this Province by cancelling delivery. But yet The National Post who doesn't deliver here either still call themselves a national paper. It is hard to believe that in 2013 a Province of Canada doesn't have access to a National Newspaper.

They are not a crown corporation. They have no charter for distribution. I only read it when I'm shacked up Ina ottawa hotel anyway. Afraid to bring it home, fraid dad'll see it, some fishery, Joey or UIC BS from Brian Lee Crowley or Sean Silcroft might set him off. Get it online now. Leaves more room on the ferry for turrists. Its not like Canada post is gonna do the same thing if they privatize. Until then, fly in your globe and mail or go stay at in a hotel. It is just a logistics issue people, don't take it personal.
