I recently received the best customer service of my lifetime. Yes, true high-end customer service with no tip or gratuity required.
I normally tip everyone in the customer-service industry, but the people I’m writing about don’t expect a tip; the only thing they want is to see you leave their facility healthier than when you came in.
They are our nurses, and they provide top-notch service, which I recently experienced.
They are highly skilled, compassionate, professional and dedicated people who put their clients before themselves. While many of us leave our work after a long, eight-hour day, many nurses work beyond their required 12 hours of work, to ensure we are getting the best health care available.
Let’s all, when we check out of our health-care centres, remember to reward this tremendous group of professionals with some sort of kind gesture — a smile, a thank you or even a box of chocolates.
