For MHA Tom Osborne, it’s been quite a week of opinions, slurs, and nasty declarations aimed his way.
The Progressive Conservative party and cabinet ministers alike said the party is stronger without Osborne in the fold. One minister is quoted as saying “good riddance.”
Osborne listed numerous reasons why he made such a drastic career decision, all contradicted by the premier.
Someone isn’t being honest here.
How quickly people turn on you if you don’t agree with the masses or, in Osborne’s case, toe the party line.
How about a few questions on a lie detector test taken by all members on the governing side of the House?
Do you fully support the amendment to Bill 29?
Do you support Muskrat Falls development as it stands?
Do you always support government policies just to save your own behind? Not all MHAs would pass.
Mr. Osborne’s only mistake was not leaving the party before voting for something he didn’t support.
I have absolutely no personal affiliation with Mr. Osborne, yet I am proud of his brave decision.
